Corporate Speakership Programs
|
A successful speaking program consists of identifying and targeting a full calendar of potential speaking opportunities. From there, pitches to conference organizers must be written in order for a potential presenter to be considered.
Olson and Associates works with clients to manage the following aspects of their Corporate Speakership Programs:
Speaking topics- make sure to list key messaging your team would like to cover. From there, we help research targeted speaking opportunities based on the conference audience, corporate messaging, and focus of the event. We will put an ongoing event list together which includes deadlines, run dates, and focus areas.
Prepare abstracts- We will work to write abstracts that break through the clutter of the hundreds of submissions a conference will receive for a particular speaking slot. Having worked with corporations since 1997 on various speakership programs, our team has established long term relationships with many key event organizers across the globe.
Educate organizers on why they should choose your company to present at an event. We will work with your PR and Marketing team to continue following up with organizers to educate them on the latest company press releases related to the topic we are helping to pitch. We will work from case studies as well as any customers you might want to include in a presentation.
Ask the right questions- we will make sure to ask organizers for all details when a speaking opportunity is secured, so your presenter is fully prepared to go. They will have a full listing of where they need to go before they present, contacts at the event, hotel info, contact information of other presenters (if on a panel for example), and any events of interest that is happening during their time at the event.
Keep researching new opportunities- The more opportunities we research, identify and submit to, the greater the chances of securing speaking opportunities for your team.
Let's get you noticed...
